Position: Teachers' Trainer – STEM

We are looking for an experienced and passionate *Teachers' Trainer – STEM* to support the professional development of teachers and strengthen STEM-based teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training and professional development programmes for teachers in STEM education.
- Design and deliver engaging, practical and activity-based teacher training sessions.
- Train teachers on innovative *STEM teaching methodologies and classroom practices*.
- Develop training modules, lesson plans, teaching resources and activity kits.
- Demonstrate hands-on STEM activities, experiments and project-based learning.
- Mentor teachers and provide constructive feedback to improve classroom delivery.
- Support teachers in integrating technology and digital tools into teaching.
- Conduct workshops on critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity and innovation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programmes and prepare feedback/reports.
- Collaborate with academic teams to develop and implement STEM initiatives.

Eligibility

- Post Graduation in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT,



Engineering or another relevant STEM discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience* in teacher training, academic training, STEM education, teaching, curriculum development or educational programmes.
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience in conducting workshops or training programmes for teachers is preferred.
- Knowledge of activity-based, experiential and project-based learning will be an advantage.
