Job Description

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Assistant Manager- Digital Marketing to build NFCI's online presence and generate quality admission leads for all our branches.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, run, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn
- Earlier experience in handling a team of designers, content writers, or digital marketing executives
- Generate quality admission leads and control the cost per lead
- Manage NFCI's social media pages and plan the monthly content calendar
- Oversee website SEO, landing pages, and lead forms
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers to produce creatives,



reels, and videos
- Work with the admissions and telesales teams to improve lead follow-up and conversion
- Manage online reputation, including Google reviews and social media engagement
- Track campaign performance and share monthly reports with insights to management

Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Good knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Experience in the education sector is an advantage
- Ability to lead a team and deliver to targets
