Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor day-to-day construction activities at school sites
- Check material usage, workmanship, and compliance with quality standards
- Coordinate with contractor teams for work scheduling and daily tasks
- Provide in office guidance to workers based on technical instructions from the Infrastructure Expert / Project Manager
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols for workers and school premises
- Identify quality deviations and ensure timely corrective actions
- Maintain site cleanliness and proper material handling
- Maintain a daily site logbook capturing progress, manpower,



material usage, and issues
- Capture daily photographs and share progress updates
- Record site measurements and submit them to the Infrastructure Expert for verification
- Report challenges, delays, or material shortages promptly
- Communicate site plans and schedules with school authorities

Skills & Competencies

- Strong attention to quality and detail
- Ability to supervise contractors and labor teams
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in rural and remote locations
- Ability to understand and communicate in the local language

Experience & Qualification

- B. Tech in Civil Engineering/ Any other Graduation
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Compensation

Compensation will be offered in line with industry standards and commensurate with experience.
