Urgently Hiring: HR Recruitment Associates – Kolkata and Vadodara. We are urgently looking for experienced and dynamic HR Recruitment Associates for our Kolkata and Vadodara locations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for identifying and hiring the right talent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.

Hands-on experience with the Naukri portal is mandatory. The role will also involve conducting interviews, assessing candidates based on project requirements, ensuring hiring delivery within the defined TAT, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closure. Candidates will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other potential talent sources.





Candidates should have at least 1 year of proven experience in IT and non-IT recruitment and should be familiar with quick-paced recruitment environments, preferably with experience in AI annotation or similar projects. The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under tight deadlines is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required.
