About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Engineer with around 1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security requirements.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance.
- Install and configure operating systems and required software applications.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, internet, and other IT-related requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues within the required timeframe.
- Maintain records of IT support requests and resolutions.





Required Skills

- Around 1 year of experience in IT Support, IT Administration, or IT Engineering.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and common business applications.
- Basic understanding of IT security and data backup.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
