Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
3. Monitor work progress and address any issues that arise.
4. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
5. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
6. Maintain accurate records of work activities, reports, and incidents.
7. Train and mentor site staff and workers.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in site supervision (Interior work or relevant fields).
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
4. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
5. Valuable communication and organizational skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
