Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing travel company. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our travel packages, generating leads, building partnerships, and increasing the company's customer base through offline and online marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute offline and field marketing activities.
- Generate leads through corporate visits, schools, colleges, hotels, event planners, and other potential partners.
- Promote domestic and international travel packages.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and travel partners.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for lead conversion.
- Manage promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and local campaigns.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead records.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities when required.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and business targets.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, travel, hospitality, or a related industry preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally for marketing activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

2. Marketing Intern

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern who wants to gain practical experience in travel marketing, sales, customer engagement, and business development. The intern will work closely with the marketing team and participate in real-world promotional and lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the marketing team in daily promotional activities.
- Support field marketing and local promotional campaigns.
- Identify and approach potential customers and business partners.
- Assist in lead generation and customer follow-ups.
- Support promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Assist with social media content and basic digital marketing activities.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Maintain customer and lead databases.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
- Learn and assist in promoting domestic and international travel packages.

Eligibility:

- Students or recent graduates pursuing Marketing, Business, Travel & Tourism, Management, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and MS Office.
