About the Role-

Vyn Tech Consulting is looking for a creative, proactive Branding & Marketing Specialist to lead marketing initiatives for Vyn Tech Consulting and ROOTSAR, our essential oils brand.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creative judgment with practical marketing skills. You will help shape how both businesses communicate, develop campaigns that connect with their audiences, and turn ideas into consistent, measurable marketing activity.

You will work closely with the founders and coordinate with our creative and business teams to strengthen brand awareness, attract qualified inquiries, and support customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute branding and marketing plans for both businesses, tailored to their audiences and goals.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across customer-facing materials.
- Plan monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Create compelling copy and concepts for social posts, reels, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Prepare creative briefs and coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to deliver high-quality content.
- Strengthen Vyn Tech Consulting’s positioning through service content, case studies, presentations, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Support ROOTSAR’s product launches, seasonal promotions, and marketing across its website, Amazon, Walmart, and social channels.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, including outreach, campaign briefs, follow-ups, and content review.
- Research competitors, audience preferences,



and market opportunities to improve brand positioning.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare clear reports covering results, learnings, and next steps.
- Manage marketing timelines and ensure work is completed accurately and consistently.

Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in branding, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role.
- Strong written and spoken English, with excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- A portfolio showing relevant campaigns, content, or brand development work.
- Understanding of social media strategy, audience engagement, and marketing analytics.
- Strong visual judgment and the ability to communicate ideas clearly to creative teams.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of results.

Experience with e-commerce, U.S. audiences, influencer marketing, SEO, email marketing, or paid advertising will be an advantage.

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Relevant practical experience and a solid portfolio are equally valued.
