Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Production Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective manufacturing operations, and utilizing ERP and SAP systems to manage production planning, materials, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Planning & Scheduling:
- Create and maintain production schedules in alignment with customer demand and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor work orders, timelines, and capacity utilization to avoid bottlenecks.
- ERP/SAP System Management:
- Utilize ERP and SAP modules (such as PP – Production Planning, MM – Materials Management) for daily production planning, order tracking, and material movement.
- Update production data in real-time and generate reports for performance analysis.
- Support implementation and upgrades of ERP/SAP systems in collaboration with IT and functional teams.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies in production processes and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitor and reduce waste, downtime, and non-value-added activities.
- Coordination & Communication:




- Liaise with quality, maintenance, logistics, and engineering departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide regular updates to management on production performance, issues, and forecasts.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a production role with hands-on ERP/SAP system usage.
- Proficiency in SAP (PP, MM modules preferred) and/or other ERP systems.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, inventory control, and lean principles.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in discrete or process manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of ISO standards or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Certifications in SAP (optional but advantageous).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
