Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Student Mentor to guide, support, and motivate students throughout their academic and professional journey. The ideal candidate will act as a primary point of contact for student queries, help them navigate challenges, monitor their progress, and ensure a positive and enriching learning experience while maintaining a solid commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Guidance & Support: Serve as a mentor and trusted advisor to students, helping them navigate academic, professional, and personal hurdles related to their program.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly track student engagement, attendance, and performance, identifying those who may need additional support or intervention.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a bridge between students and the management/faculty, effectively communicating institutional updates, policies, and feedback.
- Session Management: Conduct regular mentoring sessions, workshops, or check-ins to build student confidence, enhance career readiness, and foster a strong community spirit.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve student grievances or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to senior coordinators when necessary.




- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of mentoring sessions, student progress notes, and feedback to help improve institutional support mechanisms.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience 0–3 years of experience in student counseling, mentoring, teaching, or human resources/student relations.
- Core Attribute: A strong willingness to study, learn, and continuously improve oneself, adapting quickly to new educational trends, tools, and mentorship strategies.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence, patience, and empathy.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Work Ethic: High standards of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to student success.
