- Handle and shift heavy materials, fabricated structures, beams, plates, and machinery safely.
- Select and use appropriate slings, shackles, hooks, chains, wire ropes, and lifting accessories.
- Perform proper rigging, lifting, loading, unloading, and positioning of materials.
- Assist crane operators during lifting operations using standard hand signals and communication.
- Ensure proper balance, securing, and alignment of loads before lifting.
- Inspect lifting tools and accessories for damage, wear, or defects before use.
- Guide and position heavy components accurately during fabrication and production activities.
- Coordinate with Fabrication Fitters, Welders, Crane Operators, and Production Supervisors.
- Follow approved lifting procedures, safe working loads (SWL),



and site safety requirements.
- Maintain safe distance from suspended loads and ensure the work area is properly secured.
- Support material movement and positioning to maintain smooth production flow.
- Maintain proper 5S and housekeeping in the work area.
- Use required PPE and follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Immediately report unsafe lifting conditions, damaged equipment, or incidents to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
