Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist who can develop content ideas, plan content calendars, understand audience behavior, and create strategies that strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, storytelling, content trends, and brand communication, along with the ability to turn ideas into clear and engaging content plans.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Research industry trends, competitors, audience interests, and emerging content formats.
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Develop creative concepts for Reels, posts, carousels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Write and develop solid hooks, captions, scripts, content angles, and storytelling concepts.
- Plan founder/CEO-led content and thought-leadership content.
- Work closely with the Video Editing, Social Media, Design, and Marketing teams to execute content ideas.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content into multiple formats.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand identity, tone, and business objectives.




- Monitor social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
- Analyze content performance, including reach, engagement, views, saves, shares, and audience growth.
- Use performance insights to improve future content strategies.
- Plan content for campaigns, announcements, company activities, festivals, and special occasions.
- Continuously experiment with new content formats and storytelling approaches.

Required Skills:-

- Strong understanding of content strategy and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Ability to create attention-grabbing hooks and content ideas.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and formats.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong research and competitor-analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
