Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our coaching brand, increase online visibility, generate quality leads, and build a solid digital presence.

The ideal candidate should understand social media marketing, content creation, lead generation, and basic digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
- Develop monthly social media and content calendars
- Generate and manage leads through digital marketing campaigns
- Assist with Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Improve engagement, followers, reach, and brand awareness
- Coordinate with the coaching team to understand courses, offers, and student requirements
- Track leads, conversions, and basic marketing metrics
- Research competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities




- Stay updated with current social media trends and marketing strategies

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a similar role
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Canva
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and lead generation
- Good communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to create engaging social media content
- Knowledge of basic analytics and performance tracking
- Candidates with experience in the education/coaching industry will be preferred
