Job Title: Field Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Officer to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and expand the company’s market presence through field visits and direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and potential clients regularly.

* Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.

* Promote and explain company products/services to customers.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

* Follow up on leads, enquiries, orders, and payments.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.





* Prepare daily/weekly sales and field visit reports.

* Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

* 1–3 years of experience in field sales preferred.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

* Willingness to travel for field visits.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
