Role Overview: -We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day general ledger operations, statutory tax filings, bank reconciliations, inventory audits. Working directly under the Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, and compliance across all hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily books of accounts, process journal entries, manage ledger balance reconciliations, and assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare, verify, and file monthly statutory returns including GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESI; ensure timely deposit of statutory dues and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Review supplier invoices, verify Purchase Orders against delivery receipts, oversee creditor aging reports,



and process timely vendor payments and guest ledger settlements.
- Perform daily reconciliations between PMS revenue reports and accounting general ledgers.
- Conduct routine bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow movements, and perform physical verification of petty cash.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles in hotel industry.
- Hands-on experience with hospitality ERP/PMS software's like IDS Next
- Sound understanding of GST regulations, TDS rates, accounting workflows, and inventory cost control concepts.
- Strong analytical capabilities, accuracy with numbers, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic workplace.
