The Fortune Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Head with strong expertise in the Real Estate / Builders & Developers industry to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive brand visibility, qualified leads, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with real estate business objectives.
- Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Drive high-quality leads and optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search rankings.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Develop digital strategies for real estate projects, including villas, plots, apartments, and other property offerings.
- Manage social media marketing, content strategy, online branding, and digital promotions.
- Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to align marketing campaigns with business and project requirements.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of advertising spend.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present key metrics, insights,



and recommendations to management.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with significant experience in the Real Estate / Builders & Developers industry.
- Strong practical experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, lead generation, conversion optimization, and analytics.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and cost per lead.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage digital marketing strategies while effectively leading and collaborating with internal teams.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market will be an added advantage.
