Position Details

- Designation: Sr. Executive – Payroll
- Location: Hadapsar, Pune
- Experience: 3–4 years
- Salary: ₹2.80 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management

- Process payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Ensure statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, TDS, and Skilled Tax.
- Maintain payroll records and generate salary slips.
- Manage payroll-related vendor payments.

2. Attendance & Leave Management

- Verify attendance data for accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain leave records and process leave encashment.

3. Compliance & Statutory Requirements

- Manage PF and ESIC contributions, returns, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and payroll regulations.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates.
- Coordinate with consultants for statutory compliance.

4. Employee Support & Grievance Handling

- Address employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, and benefits.
- Assist employees with PF withdrawal,



ESIC claims, and related processes.
- Resolve payroll-related concerns effectively.

5. Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain payroll and compliance databases.
- Prepare reports for audits and management review.
- Manage new-joiner data and documentation.
- Handle exit formalities, Full & Final (FnF) settlements, and documentation.

Key Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance – PF, ESIC, TDS, and Professional Tax.
- Hands-on experience with PF & ESIC portals.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle employee queries and payroll-related grievances.
- Good understanding of payroll documentation and compliance processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
