Job Title: Tele Business Development Executive (BDE)

Compensation: Up to ₹20,000 In-Hand per month (Negotiable based on last drawn salary & experience)

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday | Sunday Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling campaigns and effectively handle inbound enquiries
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle across both B2B and B2C target segments
- Achieve assigned daily calling metrics, weekly pipelines, and monthly revenue targets
- Build sustainable client relationships through consultative selling, relationship nurturing, and upselling
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead pipelines, call records, and client status updates within the CRM

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in TeleSales, Inside Sales, or Business Development (Overall experience:



0–2 years; Software Sales experience is an added advantage; Real Estate sales profiles are strictly not eligible)
- Education & Eligibility: Graduate in any stream; Face-to-Face interview mode
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Skills: Target-driven mindset, phone etiquette, objection handling, CRM tools, and MS Office
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
