- Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, method statements, and project schedules.
- Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and external development works.
- Review and interpret civil/structural drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, MEP teams, and Project Managers.
- Monitor quality, productivity, and progress of construction activities.
- Ensure proper line, level, alignment, dimensions, and reinforcement as per approved drawings.
- Check and approve material quality, work methods, and workmanship in coordination with the QA/QC team.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, site records, measurements, and documentation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
