HIRING – SENIOR RECRUITER / SR. LEAD
Location: IMT Manesar, Sector 2, Eross Corporate Park, Gurgaon
Experience: 3+ Years in automotive industry recruitment
Salary: upto 40k Depends on Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening
- Strong knowledge of Naukri and other job portals
- Manage multiple job requirements and recruitment targets
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database
- Handle client and candidate communication
- Team handling experience will be an advantage
Requirements:
3+ years of recruitment experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of Naukri
Excellent sourcing & screening skills
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and proactive approach
