About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to support the visual identity of our sustainable, artisan-led handloom fashion brand, the village haat®.

The role involves creating visuals that communicate craftsmanship, heritage, and premium storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media creatives for Instagram and Facebook.
- Design website banners and visuals for email marketing campaigns.
- Create product photography layouts, catalogues, and lookbooks for handloom sarees.
- Develop creative assets for performance marketing campaigns, including ads, promotions, and seasonal collections.
- Maintain consistency in brand colors, typography, and overall visual aesthetic.
- Support packaging, labels, and other print collateral.
- Edit and retouch product photography.




- Stay updated with design trends in fashion, luxury, sustainability, and visual storytelling.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout skills, and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
- Good communication and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Interest in fashion, sustainability, or artisanal craftsmanship is a plus.
