JD- Quality Check Manager (Regional )

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handling and managing the Central Data Center operations efficiently.

2. Ensuring accurate data gathering, validation, and maintenance.

3. Performing quality checks (QC) and cross-verification of entries in the CRM system.

4. Conducting regular quality audits of team members’ work.

5. Managing and supporting Customer Care and PR (Public Relations) activities, including data uploading and coordination.

6. Providing training, guidance, and quality evaluation for RM (Relationship Management) and PR teams.

7. Monitoring team performance, ensuring achievement of defined non-sales targets, including talk time and overall productivity.

8. Handling and resolving technical queries in coordination with the Tech Department.

9.Your first primary responsibility is to do a Quality Check of the (Norcet Team & RM Team) and make sure all the calls meet all the set quality parameters. you need to listen to various LIVE & Recorded calls, do quality checks.

10.Your daily workflow will begin with QC tasks during initial working hours, as students are more available in the evening after college.), followed by connecting with students.

11.You need to keep a Non-Biased & Neutral Approach & should have a unique combination of Strict & Most Helpful Person

12. You should have sound knowledge of all the packages offered by NNL ONE and NNL Academy. Also, regularly, you need to upgrade your knowledge by exploring the app, brochure, and other tools provided to upgrade your product knowledge.





13.In future we will also assign the RM portfolio to you in which you need to play a role of RM for TH students and provide proper guidance and counselling, did orientation sessions and provide them with a solution.

14..You are also required to complete all data-typing tasks assigned by various departments, ensuring that all inputs are entered accurately and correctly.

15.You have to maintain or create various documents/PPTs/MIS Reports and do the proper filling of all the important documents in soft copy or hard copy, and ensure the confidentiality of the data is intact.

16.You are also responsible for taking care of various backend-related work and backend-calling work according to the company's requirements

17.We will be providing you with complete training and also will provide all the necessary resources so that you can properly fulfill your responsibilities and justify your role with full effectiveness and enthusiasm.

18.Your roles and responsibilities will not only be limited to the above-mentioned points, but you will also be getting various assignments from the Director. Therefore, you need to complete those tasks perfectly and in a stipulated time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
