Job Responsibilities

- Provide excellent table service and customer service.
- Take customer orders and serve food and bakery products efficiently.
- Handle customer requests and queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dining and service area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and outlet team for smooth service.

Requirements

- Previous experience in service, restaurant, hotel, bakery, or F&B; industry preferred.
- Good communication skills, especially in English and Malayalam.
- Polite character, positive attitude,



and good customer-handling skills.
- Good grooming, teamwork, and professional behavior.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
