- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, channel partners, and institutional clients.
- Promote and sell industrial safety products such as safety helmets, safety shoes, protective eyewear, gloves, ear protection, masks, reflective jackets, PPE kits, and other safety equipment.
- Develop business with manufacturing plants, construction companies, infrastructure projects, mines, warehouses, logistics companies, government institutions, and other industrial customers.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with customers until order closure.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, Quality, Purchase, Accounts, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order execution.




- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set sales territories, assign targets, and monitor sales performance.
- Develop and maintain a strong dealer/distributor network in assigned territories.
- Participate in exhibitions, industrial trade fairs, customer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the Product Development/Quality team for product improvement.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the Accounts team for timely collection.
- Prepare regular sales reports covering sales achievement, pipeline, customer development, market visits, and competitor activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of company pricing, discount, credit, and sales policies.
- Support management in developing new markets, products, and business opportunities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
