The Vehicle A/C Supervisor is responsible for supervising the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of vehicle air-conditioning systems. The role ensures that all A/C work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.

- Supervise technicians carrying out vehicle A/C inspection, servicing, repair, and installation.
- Diagnose faults in vehicle A/C systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, blowers, thermostats, electrical controls, and refrigerant circuits.
- Plan and allocate daily A/C maintenance and repair activities to technicians.
- Inspect completed work and ensure proper system performance before releasing vehicles.
- Monitor refrigerant recovery, charging, leak testing, and evacuation procedures.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of A/C service equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Maintain records of repairs, preventive maintenance, refrigerant usage, spare parts, and equipment.




- Coordinate with the workshop and fleet teams to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Ensure technicians follow safety procedures, manufacturer recommendations, and company policies.
- Identify recurring A/C problems and recommend corrective or preventive measures.
- Control the use of spare parts, consumables, refrigerants, and workshop resources.
- Train and guide technicians on new A/C technologies, diagnostic procedures, and secure working practices.
- Monitor job quality, productivity, and technician performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers or external service providers when specialized repairs are required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and environmental practices, particularly during refrigerant handling.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
