Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Go/Golang development, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, database integration, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Golang.
- Build scalable and reliable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and production-ready code.
- Work with databases for data modeling, integration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in application design, architecture discussions, development, code reviews, and deployments.
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.
- Integrate backend services with internal and external systems.
- Implement appropriate error handling, logging, monitoring, and security practices.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure coding standards, unit testing, documentation, and best development practices are followed.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of overall software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Golang / Go
- Strong experience in REST APIs and Microservices
- Positive understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and Go programming concepts
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Good understanding of Git and CI/CD practices
- Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Good to Have

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka / RabbitMQ
- Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
- Experience with automated testing and unit testing frameworks
- Exposure to observability tools, logging, and monitoring

Pay: ₹1.50 - ₹2.50 per month
