About the Role

Codsair Technologies LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and workplace administration.

The selected candidate will work closely with the management and HR team and get hands-on exposure to various HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the recruitment and hiring process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR-related activities.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain HR documentation.
- Assist the management with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or Naukri.
- Basic knowledge of HR documentation and employee management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
