Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales, client acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and convert enquiries into business.
- Manage client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Execute marketing campaigns and generate quality leads.
- Develop recent business partnerships and opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and client-management skills.
- Experience in Wedding, Hospitality, Events, Luxury, or Premium Services preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI tools is an advantage.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and business development.
