Site Operations Manager – Gate & Access Automation

About the Role

We are looking for a technically robust Site Operations Manager to manage installation teams, fabricators, electricians, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and service operations from project start to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily site activities, manpower, and project timelines.
- Coordinate fabrication → electrical wiring → safety sensors → programming → commissioning in the correct sequence.
- Manage installation of gate automation, boom barriers, automatic doors, and access-control systems.
- Manage breakdown calls, technician allocation, SLA tracking, and AMC preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site surveys, quality checks, punch-list closure, and final handover.




- Manage variation/additional work approvals and client sign-offs when site conditions change.
- Maintain project reports, as-built documentation, and service records.

Requirements

- 2–7+ years of relevant site/project/service experience in Gate Automation, ELV, Access Control, or Building Management Systems.
- Good technical coordination and team-management skills.
- Ability to read basic technical/architectural drawings.
- Personal Car/Bike and valid Driving Licence mandatory.
- Experience with V2 Able Automation (Italy) will be an advantage.
