Job Summary

Hawaii Steel Door LLP is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to handle accounting activities, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle finalisation and scrutiny of books of accounts.
- Assist with statutory audit and coordinate with CA / Auditors.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.
- Handle GST/TDS reconciliation and related accounting activities.
- Manage bank, debtors, and creditors reconciliation.
- Scrutinise trial balances and rectify accounting errors.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate independently with Chartered Accountants and Auditors.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in finalisation and scrutiny of books of accounts.




- Experience in preparing and coordinating books for statutory audit.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
- Experience in GST/TDS reconciliation.
- Experience in bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliation.
- Ability to scrutinise trial balance and rectify accounting errors.
- Experience in month-end and year-end closing.
- Ability to coordinate independently with CA / Auditors.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Preferred

Candidates with prior experience in a CA Firm will be given preference.
