An outbound telesales executive contacts potential and existing customers by phone to pitch products, generate leads, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold & Warm Calling: Reach out to prospective customers using provided lead lists or directories.
- Sales Pitching: Deliver persuasive product presentations and follow designated or custom sales scripts.
- Needs Analysis: Ask targeted questions to understand client needs and recommend suitable packages or upgrades.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), call volume metrics, and revenue targets.
- Record Keeping: Update customer data, interaction notes, and sales outcomes accurately in CRM software.
- Follow-Ups: Schedule call-backs and nurture ongoing pipelines for potential buyers
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
