Smmart Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can identify potential clients, generate business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and successfully close deals for the company.

The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, lead generation, negotiation, and closing business deals.

Compensation Structure

First Month – Commission-Based

- No fixed salary during the first month.
- The first month will be completely performance and commission-based.
- You will receive 5% commission on successfully closed deals that you bring to the company.
- Commission will be applicable to deals successfully converted and received by the company.

From the Second Month

- Based on successful performance during the first month, you will move to a fixed salary structure from the second month onwards, along with applicable incentives/commissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities.




- Present Smmart Solutions' products and services to prospective clients.
- Manage client discussions and negotiations.
- Convert prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Who We're Looking For

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in approaching and dealing with clients.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Sales/business development experience is preferred.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented individuals.
- Freshers with strong sales ability and confidence may also apply.
