We are looking for a Student Counsellor to join our Study Abroad team in Thiruvananthapuram. The candidate will guide students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities and support them throughout the counselling and admission process.

ey Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding study-abroad destinations, universities, courses, and admission opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background, career interests, budget, and preferred destination.
- Recommend suitable study options based on the student's profile and requirements.
- Handle enquiries and leads received through calls, walk-ins, digital campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Explain admission requirements, application procedures, tuition fees, intakes, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with the admissions and application-processing teams.
- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and conversions.




- Support students throughout the application and admission process.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, webinars, and student engagement activities.
- Achieve assigned counselling and student-enrolment targets.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive student experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Study Abroad, Overseas Education, Student Counselling, Sales, or Education Consultancy is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Knowledge of overseas education destinations and admission processes is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Good computer and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
