Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit manpower as per site and client requirements
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates
- Maintain an updated candidate/resume database
- Promote vacancies through social media and relevant groups
- Understand site locations, facilities, salary structures and duty patterns
- Coordinate interviews and candidate routing
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process
- Coordinate documentation and gate-pass formalities
- Maintain site-wise candidate records and selection remarks
- Work towards closing positions within the required timelin

Preferred Skills:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Database management skills
- Candidate coordination & follow-up skills
- Recruitment / manpower staffing exposure will be an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
