Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 5-7 years of PeopleSoft experience with functional knowledge of entities and attributes from backend, need to act as the bridge in converting business requirements to technical requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams and business analysts to ensure requirements are understood and met technically.
- Need to drive the reconciliation exercise between Archived Peoplesoft data and workday live data ensuring no duplicate data loaded into data lake.
- Technically and functionally own the Peoplesoft deliverable, pass the functional knowledge to the delivery team.
- Support testing and deployment tasks with extensive documentation.
