FIELD MARKETING EXECUTIVE Department: Marketing Industry: Hair, Skin & Aesthetic Healthcare Reporting To: Branch Manager / Marketing Head – HO Job Objective The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for increasing local brand visibility, generating qualified leads, driving clinic walk-ins, developing local partnerships and supporting branch revenue through structured field marketing activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Field Lead Generation - Conduct daily field marketing activities within assigned territories. - Generate genuine enquiries for Hair Transplant, Hair Care, Skin Care and Aesthetic treatments. - Collect accurate customer details including name, contact number, location and treatment interest. - Ensure all generated leads are entered into the CRM with the correct source. 2. Local Area Marketing - Cover apartments, residential communities, gyms, salons, corporate offices, shopping areas and other relevant high-footfall locations. - Identify potential areas for promotional activities around the clinic. - Execute approved leaflet, standee, banner and local promotional activities. 3. Camps & Promotional Activities - Identify opportunities to conduct Hair & Skin consultation camps. - Coordinate camps in apartments, corporates, gyms, salons and other suitable locations. - Support clinic launch events, promotional campaigns and weekend activities. 4. Local Partnerships - Develop relationships with gyms, salons, bridal studios, corporate HR teams and other potential referral partners. - Generate cross-promotion and referral opportunities. - Maintain regular follow-up with active partners. 5. Appointment & Walk-in Generation - Convert field enquiries into clinic appointments. - Coordinate with telecalling, counselling and branch teams for lead follow-up. - Track whether generated leads have resulted in appointments, walk-ins and conversions. 6. Competitor & Market Analysis - Monitor nearby competitors, their offers, campaigns and promotional activities.



- Identify current marketing opportunities within the branch territory. - Submit relevant market information to the Branch Manager/HO. 7. Brand Representation - Maintain professional appearance and communication while representing Renew Plus. - Communicate treatment information and promotional offers accurately. - Follow approved company branding and marketing guidelines. 8. Daily Planning & Reporting - Prepare a daily field route and activity plan. - Submit daily reports covering locations visited, activities completed, leads generated, appointments generated and expenses. - Maintain supporting proof of major field activities wherever required. Performance KPIs Performance will be evaluated based on: Qualified Leads → Appointments → Walk-ins → Conversions → Revenue Additional KPIs include: - Field coverage and productive visits - Camps/activities conducted - New partnerships generated - Lead quality - Cost per field-generated lead - Appointment and walk-in percentage - Revenue generated from field marketing leads Candidate Requirements - Minimum qualification: Any Degree / Diploma - Experience: 1–3 years in field marketing preferred - Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, salon, fitness or related industries is an advantage. - Strong local-area knowledge. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred. - Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp and reporting tools. Working Expectations The position is primarily a field-based role. The employee is expected to spend the majority of working hours conducting planned market activities rather than remaining inside the branch. Field activity must be planned, documented and measurable. Simply distributing promotional materials will not be considered sufficient performance. The primary responsibility is to generate measurable business opportunities and contribute to branch growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
