Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in US Accounting, IT, and Non-IT recruitment. The candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri and other online channels using Boolean search.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Accounting, IT, and Non-IT positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
- Prepare candidate shortlists and manage recruitment documentation.
- Draft recruiting emails and communicate with candidates regarding offers, compensation, and benefits.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Mandatory experience in US Accounting, IT & Non-IT hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri sourcing and Boolean search.
- Experience with ATS/resume databases and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, day-shift environment.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
