We are hiring a Field Collection Executive who will be responsible for visiting customers and clients to collect pending payments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional approach and the confidence to handle field-based work independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers and clients to follow up and collect outstanding payments.
- Regularly follow up with customers regarding overdue and pending dues.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer visits.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams to track and manage outstanding payments.
- Address customer concerns and queries related to billing and payments.
- Prepare and submit daily reports regarding collections and field visits.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain qualified relationships with customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily follow-ups.
- Professional and responsible attitude.
- Freshers are open to apply.
