We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who is passionate about digital advertising and has hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

Job Role

As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms to generate leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.
- Create and manage campaigns, ad sets, audiences, and advertisements in Meta Ads Manager.
- Conduct audience research and identify relevant target segments.
- Set up and manage lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
- Analyze metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Manage daily/weekly advertising budgets effectively.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with the content/creative team for ad creatives and copies.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising features, policies, and industry trends.
- Help develop strategies to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in Meta Ads/Facebook Ads.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Understanding of campaign objectives,



targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 is an advantage.
- Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, and ROAS.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor and optimize campaigns independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of ad copy and creative requirements is a plus.

Educational Qualification

- Any graduate/postgraduate with relevant digital marketing knowledge.
- Candidates with a Digital Marketing certification or practical project experience are welcome.
