You work profile

- Design and deliver business applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design data models, business rules, forms, workflows, security roles, and automation solutions using Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and maintain automated business processes using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop.
- Develop and implement solutions integrated with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, SAP, REST APIs, SOAP services, and third-party enterprise applications.
- Support Power Platform governance, including setting strategy, solution management, ALM practices, and DLP policy implementation.
- Participate in deployment planning, release management, solution promotion, and production support activities.
- Implement Power Platform solutions using Azure DevOps, Git, Power Platform Pipelines,



or equivalent deployment tools.
- Design and develop Copilot Studio agents and AI-enabled business process solutions.
- Lead automation initiatives using RPA technologies, including Power Automate Desktop and other enterprise automation platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, QA teams, and developers throughout project delivery.
- Manage project estimates, project plans, risks, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive continuous improvement, process automation, and GenAI adoption initiatives across client engagements.
- Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor development teams.

Key Skills Required

Must Have

Power Platform

- Experience in Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
- Experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows and Dataverse.
- Experience building business applications using Power Pages and SharePoint Online.
- Understanding of data modeling, security roles, business rules, and application lifecycle management.

Automation & Integration

- Experience with Power Automate Desktop or other RPA platforms.
- Experience integrating solutions with REST APIs, SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, SAP, or enterprise applications.
- Experience developing workflows, approvals, notifications, and business process automation solutions.

Solution Delivery

- Experience in requirement gathering, effort estimation, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies.




- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Experience preparing technical documentation, functional specifications, and solution designs.

Governance & Administration

- Exposure to DLP policies, environment management, ALM, Git, Azure DevOps, or Power Platform Pipelines.
- Understanding of Power Platform governance and best practices.

Good To Have

- Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with CoE Starter Kit implementation or administration.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, PAC CLI, or DevOps automation.
- Microsoft Certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, PL-900, PL-200, AZ-900, AZ-104, or related certifications.
- Experience in enterprise migration, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to regulated industries such as BFSI, Aviation, Manufacturing, or Healthcare
