Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Maintain servers, including file servers, email servers, and databases
- Perform system updates, backups, and disaster recovery operations
- Ensure network security and protect systems against cyber threats
- Provide technical support to staff (onsite and remote)
- Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations
- Manage IT assets and inventory
- Collaborate with vendors and external service providers
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as maintaining asset registers, documentation, and inventory of IT equipment.
- Support office administration by helping with system setup, printer setup, and basic technical requirements.
- Ensure basic network security and follow company IT policies.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing).




- Basic troubleshooting skills for internet and computer issues.
- Basic knowledge of computers, printers, and office IT equipment.
- Organizational and documentation skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Networking.

Experience:

- 0–1 year of experience in networking, IT support, or system administration or Surveillance

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Horamavu, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
