Position: Shift Chemist – Manufacturing

Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry / B.E. or B.Tech. Chemical Engineering
Experience: 1–2 Years
Industry: colour Former / Specialty Chemical Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in a batch chemical manufacturing plant.
- Hands-on experience in handling Pd/C, Pt/C and Raney Nickel catalysts.
- Experience in fractional distillation under high vacuum (1–2 mmHg).
- Knowledge of hot oil / thermic fluid utility systems.
- Experience in handling phenolic and amino compounds.
- Responsible for daily batch execution and basic manpower coordination.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure batches are operated as per SOP.
- Maintain daily raw material input-output, batch production, yield and consumption records.
- Follow plant safety, EHS, quality and production procedures.

Preferred: Candidates from Color Former, Specialty Chemical, Fine Chemical, Dye/Pigment Intermediate or similar batch manufacturing industries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,943.44 per month
