- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Explain products, services, offers, or banking-related processes clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams whenever required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work toward suitable solutions.
- Follow company policies, customer-service standards, and data confidentiality guidelines.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly performance reports as required.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.




- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, banking, BPO, customer service, sales, or lead generation will be an advantage.
