Job Description Power Platform Engineer SME

Role Overview

Looking for an experienced Platform Engineer Subject Matter Expert to design manage and support complex enterprisegrade Microsoft Power Platform solutions The role requires strong handson experience working as a Platform Engineer covering Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse ALM Azure DevOps integrations and environment management

The candidate should have deep knowledge of platform capabilities strengths limitations and best practices for building scalable secure and highperforming Enterprise business applications

Key Responsibilities

Design scalable and secure Power Platform solutions and implement industry best standards

Evaluate NFRs platform limits throttling performance scalability security and integration constraints across Power Platform components

Design and guide enterpriselevel applications handling highvolume data and complex business processes

Manage integrations with thirdparty systems enterprise APIs Dataverse Azure services and onpremises systems using gateways

Fluent with ALM SRE and observability practices including monitoring ing reliability tracking and operational dashboards

Lead technical discussions guide engineering teams and provide solution recommendations to business and technology stakeholders

Support environment configuration governance security deployment and platform best practices

Must Have Skills

Deep expertise in Power Platform solutioning and architecture

Strong understanding of NFRs platform strengths limitations throttling and componentlevel constraints

Experience with ALM Azure DevOps setting strategy and deployment governance

Handson knowledge of Canvas Apps ModelDriven Apps Dataverse Power Automate integrations and onpremises gateways

Solid analytical problemsolving and technical communication skills

Good to Have Skills

Experience in BFSI for largescale implementations

Enterprise solution architecture experience with multisystem integrations

Experience with highvolume data thirdparty integrations custom connectors and Azure services





In this role you will

Design and Develop Solutions As a Power Platform Developer youll design develop test secure and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Platform solutions Youll implement components of a solution that include

Application enhancements

Custom user experiences

System integrations

Hands on experience on Power Apps Power Automate Copilot studio Power Pages Canvas application

ProblemSolving Youll be responsible for identifying and solving technical challenges related to the Power Platform

Continuous Learning Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments to enhance your skills and adapt to evolving technologies

Collaboration Work closely with stakeholders business analysts and other team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions

Technical Lead Should be able to technically guide the team and participate in troubleshooting development as needed Also to mentor the Junior team members

Technical Project management and Delivery Should take end to end responsibility of leading the team and delivering the project on time as agreed with business

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements

Applied Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform Services Indepth understanding of its capabilities boundaries and constraints Dataverse

Authentication and Security Basic understanding of authentication security and application lifecycle management ALM practices for the Microsoft Power Platform

Development Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform services JavaScript JSON TypeScript C HTML RESTful Web APIs and Microsoft Azure

Good understanding of Design Solution Infrastructure setup DevOps for large Power Platform Projects





Certification Power platform Microsoft Dynamic Azure certifications will be preferred

Good to have knowledge on Power BI

BFSI experience will be added advantage

Excellent problemsolving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Credit Risk domain would be preferred

Working experience on the Credit Risk management applications will be an added advantage

Knowledge and experience on Mongo DB would be an added advantage

Min of 6 Yrs experience
