Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.

- Explain courses, services, and relevant information clearly.

- Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.

- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.

- Maintain call records and update follow-up details.

- Assist in achieving enquiry and admission/conversion targets.

- Build positive relationships with students and customers.

Qualification

- +2 / Higher Secondary or above





- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.

Salary

Negotiable – Based on qualification, communication skills & experience
