We Are Hiring: Senior Accountant

Aadinath Bulk Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Ahmedabad.

Position: Senior Accountant

Salary: Depending on experience

Location: Memnagar, Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Core Accounting: Manage day-to-day operations including voucher entries, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and full finalization of accounts in Tally ERP.9.Financial

Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, MIS reports, P&L; accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Banking & Reconciliations: Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and coordinate with banks for deposits, withdrawals, and loan documentation.

Compliance Management: Oversee end-to-end compliance for GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, ensuring timely return filing and documentation.

Audit & Coordination: Prepare audit schedules to support internal/external audits, and handle professional communication with clients and vendors.

Required Skills:





High proficiency in Tally ERP.9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel (Advanced formulas & reporting).

In-depth practical knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, and TDS returns.

Excellent professional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple financial tasks with high accuracy under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional Background: Experience in audit handling and financial MIS reporting is a strong plus.

Note: While CA Inter / CA Dropouts / Intern CAs are preferred, any candidate with excellent computer knowledge and strong hands-on experience in TDS & GST returns is highly encouraged to apply!
