Title :- Sr. Quality Engineer - Mechanical ( Tool Room)

Experience: - 5 to 7 Years of Experience

Location:- Narhe,Pune Maharashtra.

Job Description:-

- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances
- Ability to read drawings and interpret engineering specifications
- Familiar with the use of all inspection hand gauging including but not limited to micrometers, thread gauges, dial indicators, Vernier calipers, internal and external thread gauges, ID/OD mics, bore gauges, etc.
- Familiar with the use of Digital Linear Height Gauge (Trimos Preferred)
- Knowledge of Vision Measuring Machine and or Profile Projector is must
- Coordinate measurement machine experience a plus.
- Follow standardized procedures and instructions for in-process and final inspections across a wide variety of customized parts with very close tolerances and specifications.
- Determine method of inspection and set up requirements on first article parts.
- Perform first piece, online and final inspections, as directed, to assure that items meet required standards and conform to manufacturing specifications.
- Maintain all the instruments and gauges in good condition with timely calibration.
- Inspects Raw materials/Castings/Forgings for suitability for machining.




- Maintain required records and prepares all paperwork relating to inspection.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 documentations and requirements.
- Independently handle customer audits and ISO 9001:2015 audit.
- Good communication, math skills, and attention to detail.
- Customer audit, compliance should be handled according to customer needs and handle Customers in terms of Quality.
- Ensure quick responses to customer issues using tools like 8D reports, Paynter charts, 5 why analysis etc.
- Should have good knowledge in CMM inspection & knowledge in programing for CMM inspection
- Should have prior experience in handling Export Customer.
- Plan & conduct internal / external audits.
- Plan for systemic improvements based on business performance results & customer expectations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
