Position: Business Development Executive
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Eligibility: Freshers can apply | 12th Pass / Graduate

Role & Responsibilities

- Make cold calls to recent companies and HR departments.
- Generate leads and new placement/recruitment requirements.
- Identify companies’ manpower and hiring needs.
- Introduce and explain our Recruitment & Placement Services.
- Build relationships with new corporate clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain daily calling and lead-generation records.

Technical & Professional Skills

- Social Media Handling – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Canva – Basic designing and promotional content.
- MS Word & PowerPoint – Document and presentation preparation.
- Communication Skills – Good verbal and written communication.
- Content Writing – Basic ability to create professional posts, messages and promotional content.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & Internet.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
