Role Summary:

To sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for Lifts, Puzzle Parking, Stack Parking, Tower Parking. You will handle both - Renewal of existing clients + Current AMC from non-AMC clients + Breakdown to AMC conversion. This is a high-earning role with monthly incentive.

- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical
- Experience: 2-7 Years MUST in AMC Sales - Lifts, Parking Systems, DG, HVAC, Fire Fighting, CCTV, BMS, Pumps, Elevators industry preferred
- Must have handled AMC renewal and new AMC sales independently
- Good technical understanding - you should be able to explain difference between comprehensive and non-comprehensive
- Good communication - Hindi, Marathi, English
- Handle existing AMC database - 200+ sites in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
- Call clients 45 days before AMC expiry for renewal
- Visit society / builder / facility manager for renewal meeting
- Solve client issues related to service with Service Team support




- Find clients whose parking system / lift is under free warranty, or running without AMC, or with competitor AMC
- Convert Breakdown calls / One-time service calls into Annual AMC
- Convert warranty expiry sites into Comprehensive / Non-Comprehensive AMC
- Generate leads from service technicians, referrals, and old database
- Prepare AMC quotation - Comprehensive / Non-Comprehensive
- Explain AMC scope, spare parts coverage, response time, PM visits to client
- Negotiate price and close deal
- Collect PO / Agreement and advance payment
- Daily call report, visit report, and collection update
- Achieve monthly AMC sales target and collection target
- Keep record of competitor AMC price, scope in market

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
