- Plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Define project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify delays, risks, and operational issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance updates.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and management.
- Manage and supervise team members and allocate tasks effectively.
- Monitor team productivity, performance, and deadlines.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Establish and maintain efficient workflows and SOPs.
- Ensure projects meet company quality and delivery standards.
- Take ownership of operational problems and ensure timely resolution.




- Provide regular updates to the CEO/Founder.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, or team management.
- Proven experience managing a team of 10+ employees.
- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Development, Branding, or IT/Advertising is preferred.
